This iconic cycling challenge is an anti-clockwise route over the seven biggest passes of the Lake District in Cumbria. It starts and finishes just north of Ambleside, heading over Kirkstone Pass (@ 14 miles), Honister Pass (@ 45 miles), Newlands Pass (@ 50 miles), Whinlatter Pass (@ 58 miles) and the formidable duo of Hardknotts Pass (@ 95 miles) and Wrynose Pass (@ 98 miles).
