UK - Bourg d'Oisans - UK

A way to get from the UK to the foot of Alpe d'Huez by bike and train! My plan is to catch an afternoon ferry from Dover to Dunkirk and ride for a couple of hours to Oxelaëre for an overnight stay. The next morning I'll ride to Lille, catch an afternoon TGV to Lyon (with bike bagged up of course) and ride for a couple of hours to Grenoble for a second night's stay. Then it's just a short ride the next morning to Le Bourg d'Oisans! To get home I'll ride to Lyon in the morning and take an afternoon TGV to Lille (where I stay the night); the next day I ride to the ferry port and then ride some more when back in England.
